If you had been struck off as a solicitor can you tell a group of people you were a practising “city” solicitor without disclosing you were struck off?
I am trying to work out what this means: “he had parted with money on instructions of his client in breach of an implied assurance to a third party that the money would be retained by him; and he had given an undertaking and obtained a loan thereby without due regard to his ability to honour the undertaking.”
